Consent before cloud
Signing in identifies you. Uploading SMS or connecting Gmail are separate choices. You can revoke backup consent and request deletion.
What stays on your device
Transaction classification and everyday money views are designed to run locally after you opt in to the relevant sources.

Uses Google account identity via Firebase Authentication for optional account features.
Read-only Gmail access for bills and payment emails — separate from Sign-In, and only if you connect it.
